Face to face training
Our support team are experts at helping people to make the most of their online retail websites. New users receive comprehensive face to face training in the features and functionality of LiquidShop, and this is continued with ongoing support and further training as required. Users who fully understand the features of the LiquidShop are more successful, so we consider continuous education and support as an essential part of our service.
Remote training
If your schedule doesn’t allow you to be away from your office, we can carry out remote training via conference calling and screen sharing. This allows us to talk you through any training aspect whilst guiding you on screen.
Telephone support line
For times when you have a question and you need a quick answer we have dedicated telephone lines to our UK support staff. They are available during normal working hours to answer any questions you may have.
24 hour support ticket system
As your website is online 24 hours a day, we're on hand 24 hours a day to respond to any problems you may have. We offer an online support ticketing system that can be accessed via your web-based backoffice.
